Sound Healing for Anxiety

Anxiety lives in the autonomic nervous system, not in the thinking mind. That is why thinking your way out of it rarely works. Sound healing speaks the language the autonomic nervous system actually understands — vagus nerve stimulation, brainwave entrainment, the same physiological down-regulation that meditation produces, accessed through sound rather than discipline.

Where anxiety actually lives

Chronic anxiety is sympathetic-nervous-system dominance — the fight-or-flight branch running too long, too often, with no parasympathetic recovery in between.
